By installing or using the Helpo mobile app or admin web panel, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service description

Helpo provides captive portal and hotspot authentication services for venues operated by Cellco's customers. Use of Helpo is contingent on a valid voucher or account at a participating venue.

2. Acceptable use

• You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable law.
• You agree not to interfere with the normal operation of the network or other users.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent voucher / device-binding restrictions.
• One voucher is bound to one device. Sharing vouchers across devices is prohibited.

3. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access via dev@cellco.io.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these terms or whose voucher has expired.

5. Disclaimer

Helpo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cellco operates.
